description.abstract	本研究では、淀川水系河川水及び琵琶湖水中でＴＨＭ生成に寄与しているのは、フミン物質以外にどのようなＤＯＭであるかを明らかにするために、河川水と琵琶湖水中のＤＯＭをカラム分画し、それぞれの画分を塩素化することにより、疎水性酸、疎水性中性物質及び親水性有機物質のＴＨＭ生成能に及ぼす寄与率を求めた。さらに、標準フミン物質やカルボン酸などのＴＨＭ生成能を求め、ＴＨＭ前駆物質について検討した。
